I wish I'd never tried to dim my buds pro 2! The gen 3 buds sound quality is non-existent, they WILL NOT stay in your ears, and two thirds of the time, when you put them in their storage case, only one of the two will charge. I feel generous, giving them a one-out-of-five stars. These are crap, pure and simple.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a good headphone and perform as expected , noice cancelling is average and flickers, overall better than previous versions. Don't expect a lot and never buy at full price.
Excellent sound! Best clarity of any earned bud I have ever used. The comfort level is a 10 out of 10!

Great Buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality on these are great! I do wish the noise cancellation was a bit stronger. I also love that the equalizer is so customizable!
Great audio quality. Neat features. Genius use of the bar design. The device is not quite polished. The engineering renders it susceptible to damage and there are now more structural points of failure. The buds previous circular/oval design allowed it to avoid damage via rolling or pinching away. That's no longer possible. I can feel the plastic stress as I grip it while on my ears. Decent battery life and excellent range. The audio cancelation is superb for its package size. Here's hoping for a metal frame version.

Super tinny, tweaking EQ did virtually nothing.

I bought these a few days ago thinking I'd upgrade my first gen pro buds and the the buds3 pro are unbearably tinny. I've messed around with the various EQ preset, updated software, factory reset, etc. and nothing seems to help. I'll definitely be returning these and trying a different company's that won't involve hours of me tweaking for them to sound a touch better but still terrible.
