Poor quality

I got these as a Christmas gift, beand new. My left earbud suddenly stopped working. I have no idea why. I'm not one to drop my earbuds so for it to stop working suddenly was disappointing. And I enjoy samsung products so now I am stuck debating whether to purchase another pair or go with a different brand. I am truly upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Also, verify you're using an approved charger, use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately). Alternatively, the earbuds are compatible with select Samsung QI-enabled wireless charging pads or phones with PowerShare. Check the charging contacts for debris, clean both the contacts inside the case and on the earbuds regularly. Dust, wax, or buildup can hinder charging over time. Defect product. After one month use, constantly failed charging. I troubleshooted. Often times, only one of the two earbuds are charging in the case when the case isn't connected to charger. I didn't realize this issue until one day, my right earbud battery dropped to 5% and stopped functioning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a problem with these, the box stopped serving for no reason and I did not get it back to work and I cannot even get a spare box so basically it is money I lost.

Constant Issues

I have used these earbuds for months. I have reset them multiple times, but they continuously do not recognize that they are in my ears even when I have a snug fit. They will go from noise canceling mode to ambient sound mode for no reason multiple times as I wear them. I often have issues with connectivity with my laptop. They are nice when they work, but they are a pain when they don't- about half of the time.

I had high expectations from the Samsung Buds 3 Pro, but they turned out to be a major letdown. For a so-called “Pro” product, the performance is shockingly inconsistent. The fit is uncomfortable and doesn’t stay secure, even with different ear tip sizes. The sound quality is average at best, with weak bass and unclear mids — nowhere near what you’d expect at this price point. Active Noise Cancellation is poor and barely blocks everyday sounds like traffic or conversations. The touch controls are unreliable, often missing inputs or triggering the wrong action. Battery life also feels overhyped, draining faster than advertised, especially with ANC on. To make things worse, connectivity issues pop up frequently, even when paired with Samsung phones. Overall, these earbuds feel rushed and overpriced. There are much better options available for less money. I regret this purchase and would not recommend the Samsung Buds 3 Pro to anyone looking for a premium wireless earbud experience.

Huge downgrade

A huge downgrade on every front. No appreciable anc, terrible on calls, barely adequate general listening. The battery of the buds is ok but the case doesn't charge well. Not to mention the design, the old design you could blindly put your buds back in the case with one hand but these are fair bit more clumsy to deal with if you are focusing on other things.
