Great buds, I have had one issue though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great buds as they transfer seamlessly between my personal phone, work phone, tablet, smart TV, and non samsung laptop.
Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the charging issue, seems to be pretty random but I put my buds back in the case and get notification that the buds have stopped charging.
Aside from that I love these, the nose canceling works great and the fit is awesome, I wear an earbud for a lot of my workday and have not had any issues with them becoming loose or falling out.
All around great buds to the point I bought a second pair.

For the charging concern you mentioned, it’s helpful to make sure the charging contacts on the earbuds and the case are clean and free from dirt or moisture, as that can affect charging performance. You can also try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case, closing it, and holding the Connect button for three seconds. Range is short compare to other Bluetooth headsets I have. They get loose while eating. Easier to fall off than others specially while moving. The bean shape where better fit in my opinion.

Poor quality product get galaxy buds2 pro

I bought my second pair of Galaxy Buds3 Pro today after I was refunded for my previous pair being unrepairable. My new pair, which I just opened, has the same issue, but worse than my first pair; the left earbud still refuses to charge.
I have had galaxy buds2 pro before and they where a perfect pair of headphones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
