Charging case battery only charges the device one time and a half

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro charging case provides up to 30 hours of total listening time when fully charged. To make the most of your battery life, we recommend keeping the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds clean and free from debris, as dust can interfere with proper charging. Always use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter to charge your earbuds, as using third-party accessories may affect performance. When not in use, store the earbuds in the charged case with the cover closed to help preserve the battery life of both the earbuds and the case. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. The earbuds provide excellent sound quality with rich, dynamic audio, thanks to the Adaptive Equalizer with Galaxy AI that tailors the sound to your preferences.
One of the most impressive features is the advanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which effectively blocks out background noise, while the Ambient Mode allows you to stay aware of your surroundings when needed. The integration of AI features like hands-free voice controls and Real-Time Interpreter mode adds to the convenience, enabling seamless control and translation on the go.
Battery life is decent, with up to 6 hours of playback with ANC on and 7 hours with ANC off. The charging case extends the total battery life to 26 hours with ANC on and 30 hours with ANC off. Great sound. Comfitable with a good fit. Love voice control. Noice cancellation is poor. Buds 2 Pro have much better noise cancellation, but I prefer Buds 3Pro for comfort and better controls.
