It seems like they are good but the one i got are defected. Since day one the right ear plug doesn't work properly. Mist of the time it turns off. One time on a call bith if yhem were turning off and on. I would like to give the product another try. Would like new one to try.

New Design is a Flop

I'm a die hard samsung fan, all my stuff is samsung. I've never been this disappointed in a product from my favorite company. The buds pro design? Amazing. Buds 2 pro? Fantastic! They stayed in the ears with a low profile that never got caught on hair. The sound was spectacular. The Buds 2 pro were awesome as entry kevel hearing aids and greatly improved my quality of life. They even allowed me to hear well enough to get a great job! But the Buds 3 Pro.. the sound is great, when you can get them to sit correctly in your ear. It is so difficult to get these in your ears I absolutely hate the design. They're comfortable enough when you eventually get them in, but if you have long hair, forget it. They pull right out as soon as your hair gets caught on the annoying stem. Not a fan of this one. Wish I'd kept my buds 2 pro and waited for them to make the 4 sans stem. Much love to samsung, but not the buds 3 design!

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips, so make sure they fit correctly to avoid gaps between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensures optimal audio. If you need instructions for changing the tips, check out our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Once you have the right tips on your buds: - Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. - Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. - Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. - Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. - You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. Sound quality is good enough to please most. Phone calls are a very good experience. Battery life is slightly above average. The fit and finish is very good. Voice commands are superb 👌 Touch controls can sometimes be annoying if you are just trying to adjust the ear peice when working. You can not sing along because your music will turn down, just a setting thing. If you have noise canceling on and you try to use a grinder or another loud tool, the headphones dont know what do do and they make a loud crackling noise that hurts your ears. Wish it had a way of telling me I dropped an ear bud.... maybe a vibration or a chime. Wish I had a slim ear peice that fit into the phone like the S pen. Sorry I can't tell me my design for it. You can pay me for that. I wish they had live translation.
