I like these ear buds, except I'm not really a fan of the shape, and they don't stay in my ears that good. I also don't like the loss of being able to switch the sound canceling with the ambient sound with touch.

When I use them, the right one dies quickly, in half an hour it's at 15% after starting with a full charge. The left one is at 59% still not good. Something is wrong with them. Can I get a replacement set? They are crap.

The noise cancelling is amazing! I got these for free with pre-order of the S25 Ultra and thought I'd never use them, but the noise cancelling has come in really useful when vacuuming or doing work in a crowded cafe.
