Our earbuds come with different sized ear tips, so making sure you have the correct size is key to preventing discomfort during use. If you have not yet tried swapping out the ear tips, we highly recommend doing so to discover the perfect fit for your ears. We also have a helpful guide for changing the tips if you need assistance. Once you have selected the right size, be sure to insert the earbuds correctly. Look for the directional marks on the bottom so that the R bud goes in your right ear and the L bud goes in your left ear, both facing you. A slight angle when inserting can also help position the microphone for the best sound quality. If you still find them uncomfortable, we encourage you to run the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app. This feature will assist you in confirming that everything is set up properly. Earbuds are not comfortable at all and the sound is very low the earbuds.
two pro or much better in my opinion maybe next year they will be better i have been using this product for over a month I swich back to my Earbuds 2 pro

If you're experiencing difficulties with charging in the case, please check that both the earbuds and the case are clean. Sometimes, dust or debris can inhibit proper charging connections. Gently wipe the charging points with a soft, dry cloth to maintain optimal performance. Make sure the charging case itself is powered. To do this, connect it to a power source using the USB-C cable included with your buds. The LED indicator on the case should light up. If it doesn’t, consider trying a different power source or charging cable. To reset your Galaxy Buds3 Pro, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device and tap on Earbuds settings, then select Reset. This shoild help eliminate any performance inconsistencies and allow you to set them up again from scratch. Samsung products are covered against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship by a limited 12-month warranty. Additionally, we offer Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. You can enroll eligible mobile devices on Samsung.com at the time of purchase, or within 60 days of purchase at samsungcareplus.com.
