Quality audio, uncomfortable and awkward to use

Sounds quality is really good but they are NOT comfortable in my ears, no matter the ear piece fitting I choose to use. They are also awkward to use... The non pro style is much easier to use with tap settings as opposed to the pinch settings on these.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great listening modes & translation

I love the NR but mostly the ability to switch to Ambient to hear what's going on around without removing the buds.
The translation feature with the S25 is glitchy but very handy.

A downgrade from Buds2 Pro. Many features including those connected to the contacts detecting whether or not the buds were in your ear are gone. The fit is much worse, they fall out while I'm at my desk whilst the buds2 I could take for a run: it feels like the stems cause them to rotate. the Stems and the case are very difficult to manage and take out / put away. the bright white light on the stems is only there to echo the usual indicator light, but makes it annoyingly bright in dark environments. Playback sound quality improvement isn't noticeable, mic is still just as bad for phone calls: there's no way for me to angle or talk such that it doesn't sound like I'm underwater.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
