These are the best buds galaxy maded so far. The only problem i have is taking off the ear pieces I believe they should have designed that a little better because I broke my first silicone pair so I had to buy some new ones

Using them in a gym setting can certainly put them to the test, and we understand your concerns. If your Buds aren't charging, we recommend a few steps to help restore their functionality. First, make sure to clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case. Sometimes, dust or debris can interfere with the charging connection, so using a soft, dry cloth can help. Next, check the battery level of the charging case itself. Ensure it's charged by connecting it to a power source for at least 10-15 minutes. If the case is fully charged and the Buds still aren’t responding, try resetting them. Simply place both buds in the charging case and press and hold the touchpads for about 7 seconds until you see the LED indicator. This can help resolve any temporary issues. Last, consider updating the firmware of your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Make sure they are connected to your smartphone, open the Galaxy Wearable app, and check for any available updates. Keeping your earbuds updated can enhance their performance and overall experience.
