[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are awesome! So lightweight, I love the lights, and the sound quality is great. Amazing headphones overall, but the right one keeps falling out – I have to keep pushing it back in. Still, amazing headphones.
Bud charger stopped charging on second day. Appears to be a design problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It sounds like the charging process might not be going as smoothly as expected. To help with that, please make sure you’re using the included USB cable along with a Samsung-approved wall adapter, which is sold separately. The Buds are also compatible with select Samsung Qi-compatible wireless charging pads or phones using PowerShare. When charging wirelessly, positioning the case correctly in the center of the charging pad is crucial, and removing any cover on the case can help enhance the charging experience. Additionally, check that the earbuds are seated properly inside the case. If they aren’t fully in place, the charging contacts may not connect. It’s also a good idea to inspect the charging contacts themselves for any debris that might be preventing a solid connection. Regular cleaning can really help with this. Don't forget to pay attention to the indicator lights on both the case and the buds. If you see any red flashing lights, that can provide some insight into the charging status. Sometimes, simply disconnecting and reconnecting the charger can reset things and improve the situation. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage with Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. Solid ear buds. They easily connect to many devices. They feel good in hand. They do tend to fall out of my ear when wearing too long but that has not deterred me from wearing them.
Nice sound for a variety of genres, and good noise reduction. They're fit is good and they are comfortable in the ears. My one complaint is that these buds are incredibly slippery in the hands making handling them a juggling act every time I pick them up.
