To start, please ensure you’re using an approved charger. We recommend using the included USB cable along with a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately). If you prefer wireless charging, make sure to place the case directly in the center of the charging pad for the best results. If there’s a cover on your charging case, we suggest removing it, as it can sometimes interfere with the wireless charging process. It’s also important to check that the earbuds are seated correctly inside the case—if they aren’t positioned accurately, the charging contacts won’t connect properly. We encourage you to inspect the charging contacts for any debris like dust or wax that could affect the connection. If your Galaxy Buds have ear tips or wingtips, ensure they are installed correctly, as this can influence how well they fit in the case as well. Keep an eye on the indicator lights. A red flash on the outside might indicate an external power issue. If the lights don’t respond as expected, try disconnecting and reconnecting the charger for about 10 minutes. Lastly, it’s a good idea to check both the earbuds and the charging case for any signs of damage, as this can impact their performance.
