Talk about eco system being at its best. Love the sound quality. Adaptive sound when outside is a game changer. Every bit of tech or OS update seems thought out.

I'm shocked but I think these are actually better than the buds 2 and it is the fit that really does it for me. They just fit and sit in my ear better than the buds 2, especially when speaking on the phone. Otherwise, the sound quality seems the same to me. Not as big of a jump as going from the original buds to the buds 2 was for me.

If you're experiencing challenges with charging after sweating, we’d like to offer some helpful tips to enhance your experience. First, make sure to keep both the charging contacts on the earbuds and the inside of the charging case clean and dry, as sweat and debris can hinder the charging process. Use a soft, lint-free, dry cloth to wipe down the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the inside of the case, avoiding any liquids or abrasive materials. Additionally, ensure that the earbuds are positioned correctly in the charging case, with the contacts aligned perfectly, and be mindful of any obstructions, like ear tips or wingtips, that could prevent proper contact.
