Samsung offered an unbeatable deal on these high-end earbuds, bundling it with a new S25 Ultra. I probably would not have gotten these without that deal, but they have been great. I don't listen to a ton of music so not something that I would normally splurge on, but I find that I use them quite a bit for work at my desk, to talk on the phone without having to keep the phone near me or having to use speakerphone which then picks up more noises around me. They connect automatically and have good quality sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am a big fan of Bud Pro 2s and had high expectations for Pro 3s but they dissapointed. I miss the tap function where i could pause my audio and the noise cancallation just doesn't do it for me. I work in a loud environment and some noises cause the buds 3s to freak out and create high pitch noises in my ears.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We noted some of your concerns about the Buds3 Pro and would love to work with you to help you have a better experience with these buds. To enhance your experience, it's essential to ensure you have the right size ear tips, as the Buds3 Pro come with various options. A proper fit should eliminate any gaps between the ear and the ear tip, which helps prevent sound leakage and ensures optimal audio quality. If you need assistance with changing the tips, refer to our guide for the Buds3 Pro. Once you've selected the correct tips, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional indicators labeled "L" and "R." Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left bud (L) into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the earbuds so that the microphone points toward your mouth, and adjust by rotating them for a comfortable fit. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to verify that you have the proper fit. If the pinch controls on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro aren't working, ensure you're using the correct pinch area, avoid pinching too hard, listen for a click, restart the earbuds by placing them in the charging case, and verify that all devices and the Galaxy Wearable app are updated to the latest software version.
