Love all the better features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love thow they fit in my ear and can go workout or clean and stay in my ear noise cancelation works perfectly and the quality of the sound when I'm watching movies and gaming I'd phenomenal and the lights at night just look dope and I can use one ear bud for volume up and down and pusse great cheifs kiss keep it up Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound the functions the sleep and very elegant design. Even the light feature makes it look even more expensive then what they are. What i love the most is the adaptive ambient sound. When I'm on the phone the sound is so clear and crisp, the fit is also great that they don't hurt my ars while wearing them for a long time. This product has only gotten better from the first generation buds.

Also just entertainment while watching videos, I think I heard the pin drop in the background of the action movie I was watching! Seriously serving all the vibes and always ready to take on any environment I'm in because I'm always in my world! Thanks Samsung!!!

One of the best set of ear buds I've ever owned.

Yet, the Right does not fit; neither fit w 2.
TRADE IT STILL not approved; 2 has arrived, confirmed but no CR issued.
Multiple weeks now? Trade in 2 pristine condition as never fit... never used.
Plz, Samsung do your 'job' ... then I your customer, will feel more positive about purchase/ trade.
Yet, the Right does not fit; neither fit w 2.

Good sound , design needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is awesome! I listen to a lot of music .... Hours every day! That's said the ear tips are very hard to remove without damaging them . One of my three sizes tore right off when I was carefully changing it !
The ambient noise reduction is not as good as the buds pro (1) . Over all 3 star because great sounds quality and good battery life, but less comfortable and ripping eartip, also charging is a little precarious and I need to confirm ear bud us charging individually.

As a person who listens to all kinds of audio, I appreciate what these buds do for me. Audiobooks, regular music, enhanced audio, aeven the ambient function works perfectly to keep me informed in the work
World around me. I can go from car to office and still have battery life for a few phonecalls by end of day, with peace of mind. My life, as a disabled grandma, is so much easier with this buds and I am so happy I made this purchase. Bless you, Samsung!
