Love the design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my headphones almost daily. I split time between my buds pro 3 and my meta glasses. The quality on the buds pro 3 is great along with the case. I loke tbe light feature on the side of the buds, great for visibility at night. I have used the AI feature a little bit, just getting used to it, but so far I like it as well.

Not the best for phone calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had it for 3 months now and I can tell the. Sound quality is amazing but the mic is not the best in phone calls or even sending voice records I had them replaced but still the same issue

We appreciate your insights regarding the microphone performance during calls and voice recordings. To enhance your microphone experience, we suggest a couple of steps. First, it’s a great idea to clean the microphone hole and speaker. Debris can sometimes block sound, so using a clean, dry, soft brush or a cotton swab can really help. If cleaning doesn’t provide the results you’re looking for, try restarting your earbuds. Just place them back in the charging case for at least seven seconds and then take them out again. This can refresh the connection and optimize performance. For an even more thorough refresh, consider resetting the earbuds through the Galaxy Wearable app. Simply head to the Earbuds settings and select 'Reset.'
