At the beginning it was perfect but after using it less than a month, I experienced that the receivers end of my calls, hearing my voice far away, some of them could not hear me, some of them received my voice off and on constantly.
And the battery only could stay for about 2.5 hours continuous conversation.

You can also restart the earbuds by placing them in their charged case for at least seven seconds. If you still need assistance, you can reset the earbuds using the Galaxy Wearable app by going to the Earbuds settings and selecting Reset. If you need further help, you may want to visit a Samsung Service Center. Regarding battery life, the Galaxy Buds are designed for durability and extended use. To help conserve battery power when you’re not using them, make sure to store them in the charging case with the lid closed.
