Annoying on calls

I'm a bit conflicted. The buds are comfortable for the most part, and sound great, but I have to give them one start because of what appears to be an annoying issue stretching back more than a year with users of these buds.On my old Note 10 I constantly got complaints that I sounded very muffled on calls and the I could barely be understood. I would adjust them, then disconnect them from my phone and reconnect them and it would fix it sometimes. I've recently upgraded to the S25 Ultra. When I call now, the other person can't hear me at all, even though I can hear them over the buds. If I disconnect the buds they can hear me perfectly over the phone, so I know it isn't on their end. I have to disconnect and reconnect the buds multiple times for them to finally be able to hear me. I looked it up online and it shows as a known issue since these came out. Wheres the fix?

New Sound and New Drawbacks

I only own 2 pairs of galax head phones these and the old buds FE with the rubber tip.The noise cancelation is not very good on these. Ive tried all three sizes and am still pretty disappointed. My old galaxy buds FE have better noise cancelation/ reduction. I hear sounds over my music even after a perfect fit test. Comfort is okay, I do get a little sore after a few hrs compared to the FEs. Sound quality on the other hand is AMAZING, I hear sounds in songs I didn't even know were there! 20/10 on the sound. The battery seems half decentso far and the case holds a good charge. I have the S24 Ultra and connection is a little slow, but doesn't really bother me. Overall great sound and battery, falls short everywhere else.

Fall out

I thought I would try these while waiting for Pro4 buds to come out. Tried them on a long flight and business trip. Not bad for sound. The fit is terrible. Constantly falling out and no matter what size I tried, nothing fits comfortability in my ears. The copycat Air Pod design with the stem, sucks. I'll use my pro2 buds until the 4 is released. Don't waste your money on these.

Terrible design

I've only had these a few months and by far are not as good as previous versions. Functionality is difficult to navigate. Microphone has been terrible since the beginning, always have to repeat myself to those on the other end. The microphone finally gave out on me. I did all the resets and test the microphone after and the right one doesn't work. I am very disappointed in these. I use these inside my home while I work, it's not like they are abused with dust, dirt and sweat from working outside. The little stick they've attached to these now only make me dislike them more. Bring back the in ear version's quality and design.

I have tried all three of the sizes that came with the ear buds. None of them fit well enough that I feel like I could go running in them. The ambient sound isn't nearly as good as previously owned Samsung ear buds, The battery doesn't seem to last either. Lastly the blue tooth drops out so much its annoying. This is the first Samsung product that I have been disappointed in.
