There isnt a day I am not using them! I love them however wish the buds had more ear peices for people who has small ears.

Won't stay in my ears even with the bigger earpiece. Have have several connectivity issues including screeching in my ear. Sound quality and noise cancelation is pretty good.

Regarding the screeching sound you mentioned, it's important to note that when using the Active Noise Cancelling, Adaptive, or Ambient sound modes, the sub-microphone can pick up sound if it's touched or covered. To maximize your listening experience, please try to ensure that the area around the sub-microphone on the outer edge of the earbuds remains unobstructed while you put them on, take them off, or adjust them. I like the design of the new case. Noise canceling has gotten much better. But adaptive mode has some issues, while it seems to work well swapping to noise canceling. Some noises create a really loud pop that is kinda painful. I give it 5 stars because I love Samsung products.
