Had these for a day and hurt my ears inside from the fitment. Its like the shape is oval and honestly the worst ear buds I have ever worn in my life. I'm very sad with this product. Quality and ANC is actually pretty amazing but comfortability is a ZERO. The design is kind of bizarre look to them. I can't believe this is actually this bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stylish, Crisp Sound, Long Lasting Battery

They sound amazing! I wish I could leave it at that, but... The battery life isn't great. This wouldn't be a huge issue IF they would actually charge. Unfortunately, mine randomly decide to not charge. The app will show them both charging, but I come back a while later and one is at 86% while the other is at 34%... Even the case will occasionally decide to not charge, instead blinking red and REALLY HOT! I thought maybe they were dirty, so I cleaned them very thoroughly with alcohol and q-tips, including the case... Immediately after cleaning one of them wouldn't charge. This has been so frustrating that I switched to SoundCore Liberty 4 Pros. I wouldn't mind a replacement to give them a second chance because mine seem to be defective. It's too bad! They do sound really good!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To address the charging concerns, please ensure you are using the included USB cable along with a Samsung-approved wall adapter for the best results. If you prefer wireless charging, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro are compatible with select Samsung Qi-compatible wireless charging pads, as well as devices that support PowerShare. When using a wireless charger, it’s important to place the case directly in the center of the pad to ensure a proper connection. Sometimes, case covers can interfere with wireless charging, so consider removing it to see if that helps. Additionally, check that the earbuds sit snugly in the charging case. If they aren’t positioned correctly, the charging contacts may not connect, which can lead to uneven charging levels. Debris on the charging contacts can also affect charge performance. We recommend regularly cleaning the contacts on both the earbuds and the case, as well as inspecting the earbud tips and/or wingtips to ensure they’re installed correctly. Don't forget to monitor the indicator lights: a flashing red light on the case can signal a need for attention. If the lights aren’t functioning after reconnecting the charger, giving the case a brief charge can help reset things. Lastly, if there’s any visible damage to the earbuds or charging case, please know that that could hinder charging. In that case, replacement might be necessary. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. I would recommend and buy these ear buds again.

I'm a huge fan of these buds

I still wanted to buy the 3 to see and it was a very good choice.
The sound quality and noise reduction are simply wonderful especially in very noisy places.
Even if I don't usually pay so much attention to design, I'm really in love with them.
The first pro buds tended to hurt me a little after several hours but these aren't a all which is an excellent things since I wear them almost more than 12 hours a day.
Surely thanks to their design and autonomy (which is also excellent).
I don't think I have any negative points to say about them.

There are really good i really didn't expect to love these no models because I was so use to the buds in my ears I did have to change to a smaller size on the ear piece but love it, love the noise canceling and how clear it still i feel like the volume is a little lower than the previous ear buds but its so smoothe you don't even notice much, it was a great buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
