It’s important to use your fingertips gently, as pinching or swiping too hard may cause discomfort. Also, avoid using sharp objects, as this can damage the earbuds. When you pinch the area, listen for a click sound. If you don’t hear it, the wear recognition might not be working correctly. Try adjusting how you're wearing the earbuds to see if that helps. If this persists, a simple restart of your earbuds can often resolve unexpected behaviors. To do this, place your earbuds in the charging case and take them out after about seven seconds.
