No way to track the case when it's not open, also no way to locate it, not so much of a pro headphones without these features

Hey Andrew! Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We noted your feedback regarding the tracking and locating features for the case. If you misplace your phone, tablet, watch, or even your earbuds, there's no need to worry. The Find My Mobile feature lets you lock or unlock your device, locate it, or, in the worst-case scenario, completely wipe your data. This includes your Samsung Pay information, which can also be locked or erased remotely. Additionally, similar services are available for your watch and earbuds through the Galaxy Wearable app. While the case currently does not have a tracking feature when it's closed, your input is valuable to us, and we'll consider it for future updates.
