The battery life is horrendous, they won't stay put in the ear, and the pressure changes are extremely uncomfortable.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We appreciate your feedback and want to help enhance your experience. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro provides up to 26 hours of playtime per charge and can reach up to 30 hours with a fully charged case, allowing you to enjoy your music for longer. To maximize battery life, keep the earbuds in the charging case when not in use and adjust your notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app. We also noted your feedback regarding your buds' fit. It's essential to find the right size ear tips for comfort and sound quality. Ensure they fit snugly to avoid sound leaks and ensure an optimal listening experience. When inserting the earbuds, check the directional marks and angle them slightly to direct the microphone towards your mouth. You can also use the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have a proper fit. We hope these tips enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Overall the sound quality is good. There are some quirks. It sometimes has a high pitched tone when you touch them hard or drop them. Sometimes you have to put them back in the case to stop it. Noise cancelling is effective, but it does have a little more feeling of 'pressure' than other buds with ANC. Grabbing buds out of the case is a little tedious and can lead to drops, but loading them for charging is more secure and ensures charging every time. Overall a pretty good product, that could be great with some minor software and hardware tweaks.
So I want to love these but I feel they fall short. I love the previous versions. The water resistance seems not great. Any time they get a little wet they have a low beeping sound, I mean a bit wet. I love the LED bar and the volume control slide so many features that are great but the fit and finish is lacking. I also kinda hate the iPod knock off look stick with the in ear buds. Still find my self using my probud 2 over these most days.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Dave! We genuinely appreciate your feedback. We see you've highlighted some key aspects that truly resonate with the user experience. We understand you have a strong connection to the previous versions, and we’re glad to hear you loved them. When it comes to water resistance, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro are rated as IP57, meaning they can withstand submersion in water up to 3 feet for up to 30 minutes. If you’re experiencing beeping sounds when they get a bit wet, it might be helpful to ensure that the earbuds are properly dried before using them again. We’re thrilled that you enjoy features like the LED bar and the volume control slider. These enhancements are designed to provide a more intuitive user interface. For the best fit, consider adjusting the ear tips to find the perfect size for your ears, which can significantly improve comfort and sound isolation. Regarding the design, we’re always looking for ways to innovate while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic. If you prefer the in-ear bud style, we recommend trying out different ear tips that can create a better seal and enhance your overall experience. Thanks again for your valuable insights, and we hope these suggestions help you enjoy your Galaxy Buds3 Pro even more! Dropped one earbud in snow for literally 2 seconds and it hasn't worked since. That's defective, they have a certain waterproof rating and it's certainly longer than 2 seconds in snow...not a water puddle.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Bean. We take consumer concerns seriously. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro have an IP rating that ensures they are water-resistant up to 3 feet for up to 30 minutes. While these earbuds are designed to handle splashes and brief immersion, their performance can be affected by extreme conditions like snow, especially if they are dropped. We encourage users to avoid exposing the earbuds to snow or other elements beyond the specified limits. We'd like to gather some information regarding the bud that you dropped. Please reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist you. We look forward to hearing from you! -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
