Great fit and sound quality

- Outstanding sound quality and audio affects

Cons I encountered:
- Battery lasts about 3 hours or less which is kind of disappointing but it's not a major issue
- One major issue I encounter is static noises sometimes and buds getting disconnected and reconnected itself multiple devices

Good buds with active noise canceling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This are good pair of buds with very good noise canceling. While commute as well noise is gone and other person can hear me well. Connects to my work macbook and my s24 ultra seamlessly. Really good buds but little loose in ear sometimes comes off.

The features on the headset is amazing

I also enjoy how fast they charge and they are really light to carry in your pocket. The audio eraser has also been a great addition and I can't wait to test it even more!

The call quality is not as good as the buds2 pro, people always say I sound like I'm not talking into the mic.

Regarding the left earbud not charging consistently, we recommend ensuring that both the earbuds and the charging case are clean and free from debris. Quickly cleaning the connection points with a soft, dry cloth can often improve connectivity. If you're experiencing challenges with the charging case itself, check to make sure that it's receiving power. You should also ensure that you are using a compatible Samsung charger for the best performance. Also make sure the earbuds are properly seated inside the case and that the case is securely closed. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. Great device small issue
