Wonderful sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pass through and noise cancelling work wonderfully. I've not had an issue so far and they are working alot better than my previous airpod pros. The case is cool, I kind if wish it was tinted instead of clear as after some use it can get a bit dirty.

Nice design major flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new design with the buds 3 has been criticized a lot yes they want the stem route but it has its benefits features wise the buds are amazing as far as touch controls / gestures I came from using JBL and they are very limited with a touch control the AI features on the buds are pretty freaking awesome the audio was amazing but man do these come with major flaws first thing was that your tips at the launch of the buds and one of the issues that I'm having is I am already on my second repair the charging case just sucks the contact pins are very poor quality I don't know Samsung can do a lot better than this they have in the past before they really need to come out with a new generation and step it up

But when I received them and started using them, I completely changed my mind. These earbuds are incredible! They have the best quality of all the Buds Pro series (1st and 2nd gen). I’ve had all of them, but the 3rd gen has amazing new features.
