We understand that finding the perfect fit with the ear tips is essential for optimizing sound quality, so let's make sure you have the best experience possible. Since you've already tried using the ear tips, we recommend checking to see if you have the right size. Remember, it's important for the ear tips to fit snugly without any gaps, as this helps prevent sound leaks and maximizes audio performance. If you need help with changing the tips, you can refer to our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Once you have the right tips, here’s how you can ensure they sit perfectly: Check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks—marked as L and R. Insert the R bud into your right ear facing you, and do the same with the L bud on your left side. You might want to angle them slightly so the microphone is pointing towards your mouth, which can help with call clarity. Great sounding headphones, form factor uninspirin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the Buds 3 Pro for sometime and coming from. The Pro2s, I found the new form factor inconvenient. For one, tapping and using the stem generally results in the Bud shifting or moving. I also found that unlike the Buds2, these do not fit my ear as snug as the originals they replaced.
Sounds and feature wise, I can't really complain. They sound great and the noise cancelation is up there with some of the best canned headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using these earbuds! The sound quality is exceptional. I travel a lot personally and professionally so I use them for everything. Whether it be music, gaming, video streaming, or just old fashioned phone calls. The ANC works perfectly. Even in high noise environments like a commercial airliner. Also, having the ability to seamlessly switch between my devices without having to take extra steps is great. I can go from streaming music on my S23 Ultra to watching a movie on my S9 tablet just by simply stopping the music and starting the movie. My only complaint is that I'm mildly hard of hearing and on those days when I just want to blast music, the volume level doesn't quite get to where I wish it would. Outside of that, if I lost my current pair I would replace them with the same ones instantly. Unless Samsung has a new version, which i would obviously try out first.

Amazing soung and Noise Canceling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are AMAZING! I've never heard such amazing warm sound out of earbuds. They are my favorite thing to have as my everyday carry. And the noise canceling? FANTASTIC! I work in a noisy environment and these block it out completely. Definitely recommended these to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sound and the settings for customisation. They look great and switch from devices easily. Ok, with that being said, I truly get quite frustrated with the touch controls. As well as the "gestures."
Just can't see to get the hang of it. A struggle every time.
