Was expecting a better product from Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a variety of headphones, from Sony and Bose earbuds to previous Samsung models. I had hoped these new Samsung earbuds would be a significant improvement, but I'm disappointed. While the noise cancellation is decent, the fit is problematic. The earbuds are difficult to insert and remove, both from my ears and the charging case. Changing the ear tips is also a hassle, and they seem fragile; I've even broken one. Overall, I'm not happy with these earbuds and hope Samsung's engineers can redesign them with a better fit and more user-friendly features.
