Great idea poor implementation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these new earbuds on preorder. Loved them for about a week and then the problems started. When I charge the case the Buds don't charge correctly. It's hit or miss whether they charge. I was going to send them in and they started working again. I wasted my money

First, make sure the charging case is clean and free of debris. Sometimes, dirt can affect the charging process. You can use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the pins and the earbuds in the case. Next, check that you're using the correct charging cable and adapter. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro are designed to work best with the original charging accessories provided. Additionally, it’s a good idea to ensure that the earbuds are seated properly in the case. A secure fit is essential for them to charge effectively. If the earbuds are still not charging consistently, try resetting them. You can do this by going to the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device. Amazing upgrade from Buds +

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a diehard buds - guy and was really against the post design of the buds 3 pro. After having gotten these I REALLY enjoy them. Unused them between my S22 ultra, Tab S9 and my Nintendo Switch. They have seamless action across apps and platforms. I can watch a video on my phone and then switch to a game on my table with no issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now I may not make the buds 3 pro very stylish but they work and hold better in my ears than my buds 2 pro. Due to the ends poking into my cheeks, I did what one person said on how they should be worn. I reversed the side that they go into and turned them upside-down. It actually closes up and fits snug without having to force and no worries on falling out. Sound quality is impressive. I use them all the time and definitely would recommending them for others to get.
