Best Buds yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These head phones are AMAZING! I've owned all of Samsungs Buds and these are the best ones yet. The ambient sound setting is the best in the business. I own other expensive headphones and none are on this level. The battery life is terrific. They last for hours on end and the case holds about 5 full recharges. The sound is flawless. The noise canceling feature really makes you feel like you're immersed in whatever you're watching or listening to. The lights on the side are a very nice touch. Like a cherry on top. I would definitely recommend!

Really good but has some issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the anc when using ambient sound if you touch the bottom of the earbud where the mic is it makes a really high pitched sound which is irritating. Second the earbuds fit isn't the best. It doesn't feel as snug as the buds 2 pro. Third is that the noise canceling could be better but it is not bad. Everything else is great but also sometimes there's a slight sound when using anc it sounds like whistling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The connection with my main phone (Galaxy S24 Ultra) was seamless, however, having multiple Galaxy devices it is annoying that they would randomly self connect to my other devices while I was using them with my main device. The fit in the ear was ok. They would feel like they are not snug but they wouldn't fall out so that was easy to get over. The sounds quality was good, but not better than my current earbuds (Sony WF-1000XM4) which are now 3 years old. Because of that it was hard to validate keeping these buds. If these are your first or only buds you own then you will be happy with them. If you already own some from Samsung or another good brand then it might be difficult to justify spending on another set of buds.
