Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. If you notice the mic on your earbuds is muffled during calls or recording, please check if the microphone hole is blocked; otherwise, sound may not be appropriately input. Clean the microphone hole, speaker, and air duct regularly to prevent debris from accumulating. Use a clean, dry, soft brush or cotton swab to remove earwax or other debris. After using the earbuds, wipe them with a smooth, dry cloth. Keep the earbuds dry. Be careful not to get the earbuds wet or let liquid enter them. Clean the microphone hole, speaker, and air duct regularly to prevent debris from accumulating. Note: When removing foreign substances, do not use a sharp razor, etc., and do not use excessive force. The microphone hole, speaker, and air duct may be damaged if they are tampered with. You may solve the microphone issue by resetting the earbuds. Tap the Galaxy Wearable app > Earbuds settings > Reset and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the factory reset process. I feel like I'm sitting in a live concert!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noise cancellation on these earbuds are so good I literally thought I was stroking out it was so quiet. I couldn't even hear the normal ringing in my own ears. Listening to music sounds like you're actually in a concert hall. Listening to an audiobook sounds like you're sitting next to the narrator. I put the earbuds in and I forget everything else in the world.

Mid grade for premium price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd say the Galaxy buds3 pro leave a lot to be desired. The battery capacity is pretty low on a single charge if you use any of the noise controls. Sound quality is pretty mid. Microphone quality isn't great, I get a lot of complaints of sounding muffled when using them on the phone. I really only use them for music so there's plenty they can do I don't use or know how to do with them which is why I give them 3 stars instead of 2.

I really like the upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Galaxy bud 2 & they were constantly falling out of my ears. The new bud 3's do not fall out & adjusting them doesn't automatically stop the music. Noise canceling is superb! I can easily listen to audiobooks while riding my very loud riding lawn mower. Galaxy AI is also great. The translator feature is good but is not completely accurate. I do like the options of conversation mode or listening mode.
