Horrible fit, sound very poor quality. Unable to get seal in ear for ANC. have purchased several aftermarket tips, but the ear buds are extremely poor fitting Dont waste your money!

I regret trading in my old samsung buds for these. The ear tips broke off. Samsung still hasn't sent me replacement ear tips so I haven't been able to use them for a month. I have to take them for repair.
The sound isn't great. The material feels like cheap plastic and look similar to other competitors. Very disappointed.

Good: They sound awesome! Noise canceling's great, bass is pretty good for earbuds, ambient sound is good, and the battery life is decent....but the.
Bad side of things are the charging contacts are weird; the buds sometimes don't charge, I have to fiddle with them to get rid of the warning that pops up on my phone. Those pointy stems are a pain to put back in the case. The bulky plastic hurts my ears after a while, no matter how I wear them. And they randomly fall out, it's because of the stems there is nothingfor the buds to hook to your ear to keep them from falling out. I don't dare lean my head over anything like a sink or balcony because I don't trust them to stay in my ears - You have to pinch surprisingly hard to use the pinch feature with is a pain if you are doing something active such as working out and need your hands for stabilization or working. I really miss the old Buds design but hey we are here.

Also, be sure to utilize the replacement tips that come with your buds. If you are still experiencing discomfort, try running a fit test using the Wearable app. We also noted your concerns about the pinch controls. To keep your earbuds working optimally, ensure you're using the pinch and swipe areas correctly. Softly pinch the designated area; you should hear a click. If you’re encountering any difficulties, try restarting your earbuds by reinserting them into the charging case for about seven seconds. It’s also helpful to keep your Galaxy Buds3 Pro and connected devices updated to the latest software version using the Galaxy Wearable app. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects.
