I purchased these a few montsh ago and since day one the right earbud will not charge 80% of the time. I also hate the sound canceling mode, if there's any wind or loud banging or popping noises in the world the headphones make horrible noises inside my ear. Or if any hair or a hood on a hoodie touches the headphone it makes scratching noises inside the ear. The sound canceling is only good if you are already in a quiet environment. I used to have the samsung galaxy buds 2 pros and I never had these issues. It's a shame because I want to like them so bad but I regret buying these.

In regards to the right earbud not charging, ensuring it is seated correctly in the charging case can make a difference. Also, check for any debris on the charging contacts. A gentle wipe with a soft, dry cloth can help maintain a good connection. If you’d like to refresh your earbuds, you can reset them by placing the earbuds back in the case and pressing and holding the touchpads for seven seconds until the indicator light flashes. Regarding the noise-canceling feature, it’s designed to minimize ambient sounds, but it may perform differently in various environments. We suggest trying different ear tips to achieve a better seal, which can enhance performance. Also, for the best listening experience, keep your earbuds updated through the Galaxy Wearable app, where you can find the latest enhancements. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope these tips improve your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. If you're facing an unstable connection, we suggest trying a few steps to optimize your Bluetooth experience. First, consider resetting your Galaxy Buds3 Pro by placing them in the charging case and holding the touchpads on both earbuds for about 7 seconds until the indicator light flashes. This can help refresh the connection. Also, make sure that your smartphone or tablet is updated with the latest software, as this can greatly enhance performance.
