Poor noise canceling and fit.

Just received these buds as I just bought a . I have been using XM5 buds by sony for sometime. I wish I could return buds 3 pro as sound, ease of use, and noise canceling are not on par with my old buds.
Two problems
1 noise cancelling is poor
where do I get different tips for a better fit.
2 eas of use is inconvenient, tapping the buds to perform actions like my old xm5 way easier than pinching.

Great comfortability

I love these earbuds so much they don't have the amount of bass that I'm used to but I usually am used to lots of bass through the galaxy buds live I switched to the buds 3 pro I have the love of the comfort the only real complaint I'd have against these is if you wear them for a while then the earbud tips get really waxy and slick then they start to fall out of your ear but that's minimally

I got these in November and the only complaint is that if you wear them to long the ear tips get waxy and them start to fall out but other than that the bass is pretty good for they're price point and I live the comfortability on them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great sound the bud 2 pros were alot more low profile which was a plus doing yard work with them on and you brush past a bush they pop out

I traded my Galaxy buds2 pro for these and honestly, I low key regret it. The touch features suck and are almost impossible to get to work and just the functionality of the buds3 pro are a downgrade from the buds2 pros. I wish I could go back to my 2's ☹️
I will say that the sound is nice as well as the noise cancelling. But I hate that when I take out one earbud the noise cancelling turns off which is really annoying to me. I work at a dog groomer and work with loud dryers, so sometimes I need to pull a bud out to hear someone but hate when the noise cancelling turns off and I have the dryer blasting in my plugged in ear.
