Sound quality is great, but have problems keeping buds in my ears. Got some non-Samsung collars, and they work better than the ones that came with the buds, but I still worry about losing my very expensive ear buds.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro features an adaptive fit design, and we recommend trying out the different sizes of ear tips included in the box to find the best fit for your ears. A secure fit can enhance your overall experience and help prevent the buds from falling out. If you're using non-Samsung collars that help get a better fit for you, we encourage you to continue using them. We also suggest exploring the unique features of the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, which include Active Noise Cancellation and improved sound quality. To further ensure your earbuds stay in place during movement, try adjusting the position of the buds in your ears or experimenting with different ear tip sizes. A good fit can significantly reduce any concerns about losing them. Make sure to check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You should see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the left bud (L) into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels just right. I bought these 3 months ago and some of the features don't work the way I would like them too. The headphones don't stay in your ears, they tend to slip easily. The buttons on the side don't work very well and the noise cancelling is not very good.
