Im new at the whole using ear buds. But the issue i keep running into is them falling out. I just bought them and there are already damages from falling. Other than that I enjoy them.

Great features but falls off my ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy buds 3 pro is overall good and has big upgrade features compared to the previous models. The sound quality is superb, the light function is very helpful when I am looking for my buds in the dark like inside my bag, in my drawer at night when lights are off, it makes it easy to find. The features where the volume lowers down when someone is talking to you or if it senses noise around you also helps because I love listening to music while doing chores while my baby sleeps, but I'm not scared to miss it if the baby cries because my earbuds is too smart to let me know.
The only thing I don't like about it, is it falls off my eats pretty easily. This is where my Buds 2 Jellybean is better. If I am doing activities where I move a lot and get sweaty, the jellybean stays on. It could be the shape of my ears or it's just the way the buds are.
But overall, I like it. The sound quality especially. The appearance is also different from other brands which made it stand out. If they make these in those jellybeans and has the light feature too, it would be perfect for me.

The Galaxy Buds are okay, but I'm having issues with it. Trying to charge for some reason. The left side doesn't charge unless I apply pressure. But the right side has no problem charging
Also, they're a little bit uncomfortable. I'm 100% Samsung all the way
But this product, it could do better.

If only one of your earbuds isn’t charging, gently clean the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds—sometimes dust or wax can build up and prevent charging. If your buds have ear tips or wingtips, make sure they're fitted just right, as incorrect placement can affect charging inside the case. Take a quick look at both the case and the earbuds for any damage. Damaged earbuds won't charge, but the good news is that if only one is damaged, the other can still charge. If you notice any damage, consider getting a new pair. Alternatively, if your USB cable or wall adapter is damaged, a new one might be the solution. Best Earbuds Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these ear buds most of the day, everyday and I just love how comfortable they are for starters. The translation function has helped me out tremendously with my volunteer work, in fact, they work so well(dl all versions of whichever language you need translated FYI for a more clean spot on translation) that I've decided to get my passport and make those travel plans that have always been a daydream bc I'm not nervous about being able to communicate! I'm so excited! Oooh also the settings options are great, the noise cancelation options are something I can't live without now lol. Aand, my first week having my buds i dropped one and didn't know it, it was in my lap and when I got out my car it fell onto the sidewalk(luckily). I realized about an hour later after I got back to work that one was missing and the locate my Buds option saved me from having a bad day lol, took me right to them!! So yeah, they're great, I love em and I highly recommend getting them!
