We see that you may be experiencing some challenges getting your buds to charge. To start, please ensure you are using an approved charger. Use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately) for charging. It's important to check that the earbuds are seated properly in the case; if they are not fully in their designated spots, the charging contacts won't connect, preventing the earbuds from charging. Additionally, make sure the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds themselves are clean and free of debris. Dust, wax, or other buildup on these contacts can inhibit charging. Samsung provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer's defects. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and support. If you continue to experience difficulties after troubleshooting, please reach out to us at Samsung Support for further assistance. -Kelvin

Amazing sound and with ai can be better quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My samsung buds 3 pro, when I was searching for earbuds and I no gonna lie I was for selecting an sony earbuds, but after see some reviews and see the Galaxy ai what the 3 pro have I buy it and love it, that was my first buy for start to buy an ecosystem samsung, and it's amazing how many things have the Galaxy AI, I love samsung they show me an future in the present, they are the innovation was some apples don't do in years, I love it when I was a kid and I love it now, thank you samsung for be samsung

Constant issue with charging

I've always bought Samsung earbuds and earphones and may I say these are by far the worst ones. What's the point of all that technology if the buds won't charge?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stems aren't great for control

Our goal was to provide users with an audio experience that is comfortable while still delivering the best sound quality. You do have the ability to use touch commands on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Your earbuds have several built-in commands to enhance your experience when connected to a phone or tablet with the Galaxy Wearable app. With just a swipe or a quick tap, you can play music, skip songs, answer calls from a connected phone, and much more. You can also customize the touchpad commands for adjusting the volume, using voice commands, and enabling Ambient Sound. You can even launch Spotify on most Galaxy Buds models. More solid connection than Buds2 Pro. Noise cancellation still need some enhancement to compete. Build quality can be better and the angular stem needs time to adapt as it is not as comfortable as round stems.

Best sound for earbuds

2 is about the best I can offer these. If you plan to do any fitness activities, especially outdoors, these are not the headset to choose. 1, the ANC doesn't know how to filter out the rush of air as you run or cycle outside. So you hear that constant whooshing sound the entire time. 2, why would you make a headset I can't charge of they are sweaty? When I get done with a workout, where am I supposed to put them? You can't put them in the case because you'll keep getting an error that you have to dry them off and that they won't charge. Am I just supposed to leave them loose in a bag somewhere? Just silly. The touch to pause and play is constantly be activated as I have to adjust the headset during rigorous activity, so that's annoying too. Honestly, this might be good travelling due to battery, and probably great for an office setting. However a waste pfoney for active individuals. I'll go back to my cheaper, better pair now.
