Hey Wayne, Thank you for your review of your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. The earbuds come with different-sized ear tips, so first, ensure you have the correct size for a snug fit. They should fit without any gaps between your ear and the tip, helping to prevent sound leaks and optimize audio quality. If needed, refer to our guide on how to change the tips for the Buds3 Pro. After fitting the right tips: look at the bottom of each earbud for the directional marks, an L and an R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the microphone at the bottom slightly towards your mouth by rotating the earbud forward or backward until comfortable. You can also perform an earbud fit test to confirm the proper fit. They are just better

The sound is fuller with deeper bass, and the noise cancellation feels more natural. What really stands out is Galaxy AI—real-time translation and smarter call clarity make them feel way more useful day-to-day than my old AirPods ever did. Battery life lasts me through work and the gym, and they stay comfortable the whole time. For me, these buds just feel more practical

Ear buds stopped charging.

I have constantly gotten notifications that the earbuds have stopped charging while in the case the entire time I've had them. Im constantly having to clean invisible "dirt" off of the ear buds even tho there is nothing there. Today, I got another alarm saying the left ear bud had stopped charging, i went to clean it and it said it had 1% battery even tho i had not used it is days and have only been using the right bud. It is now dead and will not charge back up even with using another case. Save your money and DO NOT BUY this junk. Samsung dropped the ball with these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent sound from these ear pods. But you should include smaller ear buds. The ones included arent small enough for some of us.

Ambient Sound Mode lets you hear background noises during calls, which can cause you to pick up a lot of noise when talking. It's best to turn off Ambient Sound Mode in this case. My Bud's 3 Pro's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Bud's 3 Pro's are the most advanced ear Bud's you could probably ever have in your ears. I love the translation when speaking to others around here in my city, because it's such a diverse city with very many different people from all over the world because of it being one of the largest college universities in the world i suppose is that it's really great to be able to walk into different restaurants, or stores and be able to understand the different languages being spoken just by having my Bud's in. And the sound is always amazing when using my Galaxy Bud's, the music makes you feel as if your there in at a concert listening to music live. And now using them with my new S-25 with with the new AI features it's like always being linked in into any situation, and getting directions, or answers to watching TV and videos. But i really love how they can switch from listening to music, to stopping on their own when people start speaking with ambient mode. I don't think i could live without them now lol
