They are just better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from AirPods to the Galaxy Buds Pro 3, and I don’t think I’m going back. The sound is fuller with deeper bass, and the noise cancellation feels more natural. What really stands out is Galaxy AI—real-time translation and smarter call clarity make them feel way more useful day-to-day than my old AirPods ever did. Battery life lasts me through work and the gym, and they stay comfortable the whole time. For me, these buds just feel more practical

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up giving these to my son because I just couldn't grow to like the style.further be has had them for several months now and they sound terrible. While I'm sure some people love them, the buds 2 pro are the goat!

Ear buds stopped charging.

I have constantly gotten notifications that the earbuds have stopped charging while in the case the entire time I've had them. Im constantly having to clean invisible "dirt" off of the ear buds even tho there is nothing there. Today, I got another alarm saying the left ear bud had stopped charging, i went to clean it and it said it had 1% battery even tho i had not used it is days and have only been using the right bud. It is now dead and will not charge back up even with using another case. Save your money and DO NOT BUY this junk. Samsung dropped the ball with these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you keep getting notifications that your earbuds aren't charging, it might be time to check for software and firmware updates. Make sure both your earbuds and your phone or tablet have the latest versions installed. If the issue occurs with a specific app like Spotify, verify that the app is also updated. When using your earbuds with a computer, TV, or watch, check for updates on those devices too. Excellent sound from these ear pods. But you should include smaller ear buds. The ones included arent small enough for some of us.

Ambient Sound Mode lets you hear background noises during calls, which can cause you to pick up a lot of noise when talking. It's best to turn off Ambient Sound Mode in this case. Instead, activate Active Noise Canceling to reduce background sounds. For tips on how to ensure your voice is heard clearly and to improve overall sound quality, see the linked article below. My Bud's 3 Pro's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Bud's 3 Pro's are the most advanced ear Bud's you could probably ever have in your ears. I love the translation when speaking to others around here in my city, because it's such a diverse city with very many different people from all over the world because of it being one of the largest college universities in the world i suppose is that it's really great to be able to walk into different restaurants, or stores and be able to understand the different languages being spoken just by having my Bud's in. And the sound is always amazing when using my Galaxy Bud's, the music makes you feel as if your there in at a concert listening to music live. And now using them with my new S-25 with with the new AI features it's like always being linked in into any situation, and getting directions, or answers to watching TV and videos. But i really love how they can switch from listening to music, to stopping on their own when people start speaking with ambient mode. I don't think i could live without them now lol
