Battery life Sucks for Buds and Case

I bought these about 2 months ago, and the battery life for these are a joke. If you keep all the features off then you might be able to squeeze another 40 minutes or so of battery life but even then you will get maybe a max of 2 and half hours of charge in them compared to the buds 2 pro the battery life has been cut in half. Plus I have problems with the ear buds charging in the case and after charging the ear buds 2 times in the case the battery life in the case is completely drained. The features took some getting used to but they definitely are an approvement from the previous 2 versions but once again the battery life is absolutely horrible, even with all the features that turned off, now to address the microphones in these buds 3 pro, unless you have both in your ear then people can not hear you talk, I use my buds with one ear at a time to save battery life but during phone calls I have to turn Bluetooth off and talk through the phone or the person I am talking to cannot hear me. My bud 1 pros I hate to say had better battery life. I do not recommend .

I'd like to leave a good review but for a tech giant to release earbuds that cannot stay in your ear is absolutely unreal. Sound quality is good not great, and at this price point they are competing with the best.

The headphones provide about 3 hours usage before the need to charge them. This is with ANC on or in transparency mode. Thats pretty bad. So i usually have back ups. The backups last about the same time, so i cant be mad at Samsung, but they can do better. The price of the headphones is great, especially when you can trade in one for another. ANC works pretty great but its not as good as my Sonys. Transparency mode works well given that you can set the music to pause if you speak. The problem with this feature is if your a person that talks to yourself or likes to sing along with the song playing, then you will hate that feature. If they have the option like sennheiser momentum 4 that allows you to press the headphones and the music stops, while going into transparency mode, that feature would be so much better. The buttons on stems sucks because you have to search to the button and pinch. Theres plenty of times i pinch the wrong area to pause or skip tracks. Touch sensitive buttons would have worked fine. The case seems to be pretty cheap and the color choices are lacking. All in all the sound quality is pretty good and i would say that it compares to my Sony and pixel earbuds.
