The Buds3 Pro features customizable controls that allow you to pause, skip tracks, accept calls, and more. You can easily adjust the volume by swiping up or down on the Blade and using pinch control to play or pause music, or to launch your favorite app. We noticed your concerns about the Buds not being supported on iOS devices. Please keep in mind that the Galaxy Buds3 Pro supports only a Bluetooth connection and cannot be connected through the Galaxy Buds iOS app. They are compatible with Bluetooth-enabled iPhone 5 devices and later, running iOS 9.0 or higher, but unfortunately, iPad and iPod Touch devices are not supported. If the Galaxy Buds Pro’s Active noise canceling doesn't work properly, or if high-pitched noise cannot be removed during Active noise canceling operation, check out the guide in the link attached for options to help resolve this. Good but might not be for me

I want to like it more 😀 my issue is that they tend to fell off my ears after some time, which makes me keep refitting them in my ears continuously. There is a chance im doing something wrong, though. That said, I didn't have this problem with my Bose which i traded for these. Otherwise, good noise cancelling, good charge duration, and sound.

We're glad to see that you’re enjoying the active noise cancellation and sound quality, especially the 2-way speaker with Ultra High Quality Audio (24bit / 96kHz). Regarding the fit, you might benefit from trying different ear tip sizes. The Buds3 Pro comes with various-sized ear tips to help provide a snug fit. When you have the right size, it eliminates gaps and reduces the chances of them falling out. If you're unsure how to change the tips, we have a helpful guide just for that. Also, for the best positioning, make sure to insert the right earbud (marked with an R) in your right ear and the left (marked with an L) in your left ear. Tweaking the angle can help, too, so try pointing the microphone down towards your mouth. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure everything is snug if needed. With proper fitting, you should be able to enjoy up to 26 hours of playtime (30 hours with the case) without interruptions! Sound quality is nice. But touch controls are hard to get used to and easy to accidentally touch. Case doesn't like to charge right away and says there is something like moisture or unknown material preventing the charge. These are brand new.

I want my buds 2 back.

I want my buds 2 back. I spend more time getting the budsb3 pro to connect to my phone. My buds 2 would connect as soon as they hit my ears and were flawless everytime. I connected the buds 2 once and they worked perfect for years. These buds 3 havent connected successfilly once since i got them. They connected the first time with some difficulty and now every time i want to use them i spend a whole putting them back into the case pulling them out, pressing the sync button, putting them back in my ears, putting them back in the case, closing the case, opening the case. Trying all of these over and over to eventually get 1 bud to connect and thats it. I just wish i didnt trade my buds 2 in.
Very unhappy with these buds.

We hate to see that you've experienced difficulties keeping your earbuds connected to your phone. To resolve this, ensure there's no interference by moving both the earbuds and the connected device away from Wi-Fi routers or microwaves, ensuring an unobstructed path for the signal. Additionally, try restarting the earbuds by placing them back in the case and closing the lid for about 7 seconds until the light goes out, then attempt to reconnect.
