Great Upgrade from Buds2 pro but..

I bought this half a week ago and they're great, the noise cancelling surprises me every time I can't hear my fan next to me or anything in the car. The adaptive mode is amazing if I want to get rid of distractions but still hear people. The battery life lasts 6-7 hours which is amazing and I don't have to worry about charging the case.
The one major downside is the sound is subpar, It has lots of bass and midrange is clear but the high end is EXTREMELY LOUD even when I eq it this causes the overall sound to be "muffled" and I can't enjoy music when I cant go above 50% volume with the high end being dramatically louder than the rest of the sound making it unbalanced.
TLDR; Great earbuds but sound needs to be refined
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Buds3 Pro is equipped with Dual Amplifiers and features our first-ever independently controlled woofer and tweeter, allowing you to experience a wide range of sound. If you have concerns about the high-end sound quality, we recommend checking your phone's sound settings by opening the Settings app on your connected phone and looking for any enabled sound settings, such as sound personalization or Dolby Atmos, as these could impact your music's sound quality. Please restart both your phone and the earbuds; for your phone, press and hold the Power key or the Side and Volume down buttons, tap "Power off," and then tap "Power off" again, and once it's shut down, press the Power key or Side button to restart it. After restarting your phone, try restarting your earbuds as well. Additionally, consider completely resetting the earbuds and check for any software updates through the Galaxy Wearable app or a PC. Love the sound, but they fall out.

I jut got these, and I love the quality in the sound but they keep falling out! So instead of leaving this review, I tried to contact support to see if they had any tips but that was a HORRIBLE experience. I was transferred and transferred so I gave up. If you think you can use these when doing any sports, forget it. Mine fall out and I am only walking fast. They will work in the car I guess but I am very disappointed in how easily they fall out. I bent forward a little and one fell right out and into a bucket with some water! So can't use them if moving around. I'll keep them because the sound is good but will use them carefully because one also feel out when I was out walking and I thought it was lost on the ground with the leaves and grass. I did change the little thingys that go into the ear but it didn't help.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was hesitant to upgrade from Buds 2 Pro but this was the best choice I made,. I upgraded to foam tips and it is great experience. Stems are very intuitive in using and sound quality is great. Ambient noise mode greatly improved over predecesors
I'm everything samsung, the only problem I have with samsung earbuds is that it pops out of my ears but this one is a little better. Overall it does what it says it will do. Excellent!
