Really spotty. Constantly disconnecting. Battery issues. I think I either have a faulty unit or these ear buds just suck

Returned. Uncomfortable. These just don't stay put

About these just before Black Friday for a trade in of my Galaxy buds 2, which I love. Unfortunately, these don't live up to the hype. The controls are a pain and the overall sound quality is okay. The main problem I had is that the plastic bulb apart that sits in the outer ear is just too big and hurts my ear if I have them in longer than 20 minutes. When I started going back to using my old buds I realized I just needed to return these ones. They're just not worth it. I hope Samsung revisits their old style, as trying to look like airpods is not worth it when it sacrifices comfort.

Great headphones, sound quality and noise canceling are great. Could use a slightly bigger battery. I wear them at work and an average of a 7 hour life is JUST too short

They're garbage. Always drop connection, if they'll actually connect in the first place. I used to like Samsung but never again. At least temu products work for a week before breaking.

I Guess They're Acceptable...Barely

Sound quality is decent. However the ear tips are so flimsy that the box keep falling out of my ears no matter what size tips I use. Also they only connect to one device at a time (no multi-point connection). Just about every decent pair of earbuds has multi-point connection in this day and time, so I don't know what Samsung's excuse is. I've been buying exclusively Samsung phones and earbuds going back to 2017, but I think I may be done at this point considering I'm less and less impressed every year with both their phones and their earbuds.

Good sound but bad shape

Both in they sound great. One in they sound good. Have so many issues with putting them in and they won't charge. They also fit wierd so I can't work without having to push them back in. Solid headphones but better options out there if you move alot. One fell and now doesn't work had them for less than 3 months.
