Product is terrible have had for 8 months never dropped,work out doors left head phone doesn't charge at all right one barely charges no matter how clean ,the charging contacts at the bottom wear the coating off then are worthless

We see that you've already made sure to clean and dry the charging contacts, which is a great first step. In addition, please ensure that you are using an approved charger. When charging, use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately). It's also important to inspect the case, earbuds, and charger for any damage. If the earbuds are still not charging, check both the case and the earbuds for any damage, as damaged earbuds will not charge. However, if one earbud is damaged, the other earbud will continue to charge. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. If you continue to experience this, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can take a further look into what could be causing this. -Kelvin

I enjoyed my galaxy buds three pro the noise cancellation works very well and I enjoy using the ambient sound

Really good and satisfying earphones

I've been using AirPods Pro 2 for a while, and when the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro came out with a stem design, I immediately bought them. I've used both the Buds Pro and Buds 2 Pro, and the buds always felt like they would fall out of my ears, and when I tried to push them back in, they would malfunction. This stem design eliminates that problem, which is really nice. And I'm really satisfied with the upgraded ANC feature.
The sound quality was already good, but it seems to have improved. The rich bass and clear treble were both great.
The fit is also very good. I use a Bluetooth microphone during lectures, and it's great that I can wear them for long periods without any earache. The microphone performance is also excellent, and I'm satisfied with the recorded sound quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI has been a useful tool while using the Galaxy BudsPro3 from a functionality perspective. The buds do connect to most devices seamlessly. My issues have come from the lack of sound volume that the buds can produce as well as the buds falling out when doing excersize and motion based movements even after trying all of the different buds fits and placement of the buds.

Amazing device with pioneering features

Starting with taking my work calls and daily meetings. The seamless connection enables me to switch between the teams in my phone and my laptop
I use it in my gym because of its excellent active noise cancellation removing all the background noise while i listen to my podcasts, and I don't have to worry about damaging it due to its ip57 rating.
I often find myself loosing the buds but, the 'find my buds' features makes sure that i don't have to go knee deep and search my sofa.
Overall , its a great device with useful features. I recommend it to everyone
