Worth the upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched to the Galaxy Buds3 Pro from another brand, and it has been well worth the upgrade! The sound quality is all you could ask for, the interchangeable eartips make them comfortable for extended wearing, and the look of them with the light on the blade make me proud to wear them around.
The accessibility features really set it over the edge. Active noise cancelling is excellent, and adaptive listening provides a very good experience so that you don't have to remove your buds when someone is talking to you.
Best fit and sound and I have used alot of different ones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung stated that this is a durable product with an ip rating of 57, not long after I got them, the left bud stopped charging (something I have seen other people state in thier reviews, must be a common issue), so when I sent it in to get repaired (it's still under warranty) they denied repairs unless I pay close to the full price of the earbuds because of water damage. I have not submerged the buds in water at all, and they have an ip rating of 57. So that was either a lie, or my buds were defective in that category. Either way it is unacceptable and the "poor quality control " accusations are still true even after Samsung allegedly fixed it. It's a shame, because I was a samsung guy, and thought these buds would go great with my s24 ultra.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An IP rating of IP57 does not indicate that your earbuds are waterproof and immune from damage. This indicates they can exposed to some liquid. We do always recommend ensuring your earbuds are clean and dry prior to placing back in the charging case, as the salt in sweat or other minerals in liquids can be a root cause of the damage. Wonderful features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds 3 Pro have great features and sound great! I use them at work and don't feel any discomfort using them for hours at a time, which is easy to do with the great battery life. The voice controls are one of my favorite features. Which is just one of the great things these buds can do with Galaxy AI built in!
This new set of buds are drastically better than the Buds2 pro I had previously. They sound better, they are nicer to use, and most importantly of all I don't accidentally trigger the touch controls when trying to reposition it in my ear like I did with the buds2 pro. They seem to fit better as well but that's subjective. Also the transparency mode is GREAT! Especially compared to the Sony WH-1000XM4s. There is one annoyance, it could be a 'feature' triggering but I'll have them in ear, a chime will go off like if they think they came off my ear and pause randomly. I might need to go the settings to disable it because it's annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!
