I absolutely love these ear buds. Great sound, the noise cancelling works really well. Only problem is if you actually touch them the music stops playing and you have to get your phone out to hit play again.

Galaxy buds pro 3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from the Galaxy Buds to the Buds Pro 3, and I’ve seen significant improvements in style and comfort.
The sound quality is similar to the previous buds, which speaks to their excellence. Compared to my Bose earbuds, the Buds Pro 3 deliver superior audio quality.
The comfort is exceptional! After a week of adjusting, I can now wear them for 8 to 10 hours without discomfort, which wasn’t possible with the older bean-style buds.
The fit is great—I’ve run, lifted weights, biked, and canoed without them feeling loose. They are much better than previous models.
However, the SmartThings app has its flaws. I've mislaid the buds a couple of times, and while the case is convenient, it easily slips out of my pocket. The app doesn’t track the buds in the case, though you can perform a local search if you’re nearby. Connecting to SmartThings takes about two minutes, even with the phone just inches away, which is disappointing.
The Active Noise Reduction (ANR) is lacking; the originals blocked out more noise. Even at maximum settings, some sounds still come through. The ambient mode is similarly unimpressive.

Great pro level buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are amazing! Coming from over ear XM4 Sony's, the Galaxy Buds Pro 3 sound incredible and now accompany me everywhere I go. They are perfect for short haul flights and listening to music on the go, and also for crystal clear audio for phone calls. The noise cancelling features are top notch. Overall, great buds for the average or pro level audio listener. 5 Stars!

Huge Disappointment

I 'upgraded' from the Buds2 Pro to these, and I couldn't be more disappointed. Pro(s): 1) These have better sound quality overall
Cons: 1) Left but doesn't charge ~50% of the time, started several weeks ago. Contacted support and they said to just clean them. Yeah, I never had the issue in the year I had the buds2 pro, so why now is it an issue? I now have to just open, remove, replace, and close the case several times to get the charging to start again. 2) ANC is worse than Buds2 Pro. Noticed this mowing the lawn. 3) Design- the tips don't fit well under earmuffs during cold weather (though the change from touch does stop random presses from being detected). Also they show scuffs and marks way more easily if they drop out of your ear. The LED on the side is just beyond useless. 4) Tips are terrible and will tear/do not remove easily to put new sizes on.
I am a Samsung fan overall, but I am now looking at competitors in the headphone space & will go with them in future. Stop trying to be the the company I chose you over in the first place, or I will go elsewhere.
