I am disappointed by this Galaxy buds3 pro. The right bud does charge anymore after 4 months that I bought it.

MAJOR Connection Issues

Have had consistent connection issues with the left earbud. I've already sent it in once to be repaired through Samsung but the problem remains. They took a serious step back with this series. Very poor build quality.

Terrible fit, though the fit test assess it as good. Nearly impossible to change the bud tips, I'm not sure why that change was made. Have a noticeable hiss coming through the right earbud when ANC is on, which makes the off setting much more comfortable for usage. These just become overpriced generic earbuds at that point. I personally dislike the stem pinch controls, though some may prefer it to the tap controls of the 2 pro.

After selecting the correct tips, check for the L and R markings to insert them properly and adjust them for a comfortable fit. Running the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app can also enhance your experience. Regarding the hissing sound with you buds, it may come from the sub-microphone adjusting the audio based on the selected mode. Touching or covering this area while inserting or adjusting the earbuds can sometimes cause unintended sounds. We hope these suggestions help improve your experience! Can't handle sweat

Will not handle sweat. The case does not handle sweat will break causing damages that cost just as much as new ones. Even if you workout casually do not get these. There are cheaper and better earbuds that can handle sweat.

Garbage

I've had several Galaxy Buds but man, these are the hottest of garbage out of all of them. Any amount of moisture, they wont charge. If they aren't touching somewhere to sense your skin, they will jump in and out of noise cancelling which is the most annoying feature/bug I have ever dealt with. Hard pass these guys.
