The audio seems okay, but the ANC is basically nonexistent. The only way for it to work is to have music playing loudly. I can hear things like my finger tapping on a counter or grabbing my pen off my desk when I have ANC on and music lightly playing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With the newest updates to these earbuds the ANC setting now has the ability to increase or decrease the intensity in the Samsung Wearables App to help you have more control over your listening experience. I was hesitant to switch from my Buds2 Pros, the form factor being so different. I'm very happy to have made the switch, they are very comfortable and the sounds quality is a huge improvement, and people can hear me clearly when I use them to make calls. Additionally, the voice controls living on the buds themselves makes it so responsive to use, pretty much instantaneous.

Huge improvment over the first GBP. Better than my wifes Airpods Pro. Phone calls are crystal clear. AI and voice controls are handy. Stem controls are much easier to use than the first GBP. The fitment is miles ahead of the first GBP which I always had issues with and would always fall out while running. These GBP3 seal better and stay in no problem. I have not had tearing issus with the ear tips. The only thing that is a little odd is I find myself having to use a little brain power to put them back in their case. Other ear buds just fall into place when they touch their case. These have to be positioned just right since the stem isnt round. I wouldn't let this deter you from them. They are great.

Great but not as good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try these as an upgrade for my old galaxy buds pro because I really loved them. One thing I like is the sound quality and the ambient noise. With that said I feel like my buds were not as good at the noise canceling feature and I don't really like that I it's not touch anymore and I can't seem to press correctly at times. I feel like they don't really fit in my ears as well as the other buds did and I was a bit disappointed. Sound quality is there and that's great. The Galaxy AI I'm not too sure what it's doing but I'm still trying to figure out my galaxy buds pro 3.

These new ear buds have a unique and more natural sound that makes listening to music, audiobooks, or phone conversations more enjoyable. They are comfortable in my ear, leaving them in for hours with no discomfort. The controls are simple and convenient with a widget on my Samsung Galaxy S23 phone.
