These headphones are not easy for me to mute, skip forward and backward songs. With the previous model I only had to touch the headphones with one finger and that was it. Now I have to do it with two fingers. I must and hope to get used to it soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good sound, but the ANC is not that good! Also the battery doesn't last as expected. The earbud insert is not that comfortable and the fit is not as good as it should. The sound is pretty good but there's more CONs that PROs. The Case its pretty and that's about it. I choose to get the white ones because the seams are not as obvious like the silver ones. It came with a case but, if you need to pair to another device you will need to remove from the case because they didn't think all the way through. The button to pair is no accessible with the case on. Like I mentioned the fit is not the best and the rubber inserts are kind of hard so is not that comfortable and doesn't seal the ear canal the way it should. That's also why the ANC is not as good like the previous version (2pro). I will be afraid of exercise with them and lose them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solves fit issue

Not the issue with buds 3 pro. I also like the sound quality on these. And ambient sound is what I will use around the office. Great product imo.

Best fitting ear buds I have ever tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using other ear buds my entire life and they always seemed to be to big in my ear and hurt or when I adjusted the tips were too small and would fall out or I would CONSTANTLY have to adjust them. Not to mention they sound amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll talk first about AI, honestly it's a pretty useful feature for people who don't want to use the features that your cellphone Samsung provides you, I like it because I'm a person who works in places where I can't use my cell phone when changing the music or change the sound of the song because I don't like to use my S23 ultra because I'm a person who likes to have my cellphone clean and this feature has helped me a lot in this and also in the gym, but with updates in the software it can improve the commands, although I've been seeing Samsung improvement that and that makes me happy.
Let's talk about the look of the buds pro 3, I honestly liked this new way since I was a user of the Buds Live+ the famous Samsung beans and I liked that model but I feel that this new model is more comfortable and more pleasant in view.
On the sound, they offer a balanced sound with deep bass and clear high-pitched, thanks to their dual speakers. Active noise cancellation has improved compared to previous Samsung buds, sound quality is highlighted for its clarity and instrument separation quite well in my opinion.
About eartips there may be an improvement, for that reason rate 4 stars because it feels weird in the ear, it would be a good idea to improve in that aspect because it is one of the most fundamental things in wireless headphones but I love the Buds pro 3, I do not regret having bought them, thank you for the new innovation.
