Great when they want to charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give it 5 stars but they don't always charge when you put the earbuds in the case. So a lot of the time, i go to use them and they are dead. Why I gave this 3 stars instead one 1 star, is because when they are working, they arebreally amazing. I've heard others say that they fall out when working out.. I've never experienced that and I do heavy cardio regularly. The button controls take a minute to get used to, but they are smooth sailing afterwards. My only other complaint is when you are sweaty, sometimes the swipe/click gestures are non responsive.

I like the feature of listening to conversations in another language with Galaxy AI because I am can talk to anyone of any language.

Great quality sound with ANC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the original buds, so these were significant improvements from the first Gen. First of all, I do not mind the design change, as I feel they feel better in my eyes. Appears like they addressed the ear pad swapping issue as well. Used them during a 4 hour flight with good noise cancelling, with clarity in movie voices and effects.

The Best Earbuds on the Market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy buds 3 pro are by far the most advanced earbuds on the market. The new design makes for a better and more comfortable listening experience. The stem also allows for easier controls.
The sound quality has never been better. The base on these earbuds is by far the best base I have ever heard on any earbud. Not only that, but the noise cancelation works better than ever before.
The new Galaxy AI features take these buds to the next level. Being able to say, "Stop music, play music, previous song, next song," is one of the best features. Also the automatic detection of voices/sirens is a feature I didnt know I needed.

Great sound but some annoying issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded my buds pro 2 to these and while I love the sound quality and fit the noise canceling and audio pass though leave a lot to be desired.
When I have noise cancelling on it the headphones will randomly pop when I am doing something like unloading the dishwasher as if it wants to switch to audio pass through and remembers it should be in noise canceling mode.
The dynamic switch mode is too annoying g to use, at times too sensitive and others not sensitive enough.
Audio pass through gets a lot of feedback when I try and turn up the volume using the swipe up on the bud.
If I could combine the sound quality and form factor of this with the noise canceling and pass through of my buds 2 these would be five stars as is I can only do two.
