It's ok. But there are some issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main issue I've seen is with the eartips. Luckily for me I haven't faced it yet. Battery is almost an hr less than advertised. Charging is a bit iffy, with one of the buds occasionally not getting a charge connection. Sound is good but is definitely more consumer tuned with a v shape signature compared to the more Harman based one previously. Be careful with the silver one though. The paint can chip off if you don't place it into your case gently. The Galaxy Ai feature in the earbuds still is in the beginning stage but I do find adaptive eq to be a nice addition.

Hi, I received this product, a month ago and I have used it daily, checking all the specifications. So far, quality is good. Particularly now that I have the complete samsung ecosystem.
Now, Why only 2 stars? I have noticed, Both buds are in 100% but after 4 hours playback it then gets lowbattery to 15%. As what I know it should have a 6 hour span and I am not even using noise cancellation.
It's really annoying that sometimes I get interrupted listening just because it goes low battery pretty fast. I do understand this is brand new.
My question, is there a way that I can swap my buds for another one? Just to check if there is a difference.
I hope you guys understand.

Great sound very uncomfortable

I love samsung products. But these earbuds have got to be the best sounding but most uncomfortable ear buds I have ever owned. Wish I could return them but I've had them to long. Was hoping it was just me. But no the just hurt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Case stop charging

Poor quality build

This product is flawed. The Buds can fail to charge from normal wear and tear like sweat. Plus Samsung will claim water damage and void the warrenty. Now I have an expensive ear bud that won't charge and Samsung charging almost the whole price of new buds to repair. You lost a customer today. No ear buds again from Samsung.

We hate to see that your buds have been having some challenges when it comes to charging them. We recommend checking that the charging contacts are free from debris and moisture. Additionally, please ensure that you are using official Samsung chargers for charging them. The earbuds are not waterproof and are not suitable for use in water. If they get some sweat or rain on them, you should clean them immediately. When drying off the earbuds, remove as much water as possible by patting the earpiece, microphone, touchpad, touch sensor, and charging contacts with a clean, soft cloth. You should also shake the earbuds to help remove excess water.
