Case clicks and ambient went out fast

I bought these barely 3 days ago and the second day the case started clicking badly when I open it and the earbuds themselves had problems,the ambient mode went from clear sound to very static.

Best Samsung Buds EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best Samsung Buds yet! The sound quality is amazing, the battery life is so good and the design of them with the blade lights is so cool! I used Galaxy AI when I was out and about trying to help someone from a Spanish speaking country and helped him at the store and I couldn't have done it without these earbuds! I use these everyday for work, listening to podcasts and videos, music and movies. I love these earbuds!!
They work well but sometimes they sound static wise
I have to reset my phone for it to stop and sound correctly. I got the s23 ultra but still happens.
I would recommend this to a friend!

They are a slight upgrade from the galaxy 2 buds, but mine seems to be a little defective so maybe other users have better things to share.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality earpieces providing quality sound! They fit comfortably in the ear and they even come with different sized ear pieces, just in case the default size is too large/small. Controls are responsive and easy to remember, but it would have been nice to get a quick printout of what said controls were in the box.

Sound to get lost in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unbelievable sound quality, the 360 and the ability to change eq levels! I just can't get over the deep clear sound you get no matter what kind of music or movie. The noise cancelation on top of the sound is like the icing on the cake. I know some reviews complained about putting the buds in the case. Just like anything new, you will master it.
I'm shocked at how amazing these sound! I thought nothing could top my first gen buds but this is truly a few light years ahead. The noise cancelation is out of this world. I always skip a generation as i was so satisfied with my older pair. Glad i got these.

I finally understand...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wondered what was so great about the little stem. Well it's the added features that makes it worth it. Something fulfilling about that clicking feel.
Still needs to work on the adaptive ambient sound but I love how comfortable they are.
