Don't buy, too buggy, major disappointment

They sound great, when they work. Software is buggy, and loses connection randomly, or if on a call for more than a couple of minutes, the microphone starts to fail and the person I'm calling tells me I sound like a robot. The right bud rarely charges over 35% and I've only had them a few months. Don't purchase. Galaxy buds2 pro were much better product even if they fell out on the plane a few times when I would lean over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound and fit with 1 flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to pair my new Galaxy S25 Ultra with a new set of Galaxy Buds Pro3.
Wow. I haven't used Samsung Buds since the Samsung Live bean shaped Buds. I like those but these are amazing.
The sound quality is top not. The noise canceling is better than my Sony XM4s and the fit is superb. I can't even feel them.
Controls are intuitive and I love the design of them.
But these Buds have 1 fatal flaw - removing the tips. I watched the video but ended up tearing 1 of the medium ear tips.
The reason I was removing them was to change to the small ones provided.
But it is truly difficult and a poor design. I think Samsung can improve on this design in the next iteration. Seeing that I will only do this once, I won't deduct a star.
This isn't just me, there are lots of people online saying the same thing.
Other than that, they are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bud3 Pro are phenomenal. It's nouce cancellation and ambient sound is great. Connectivity to multiple devices works seamlessly without any issue. Using Galaxy AI through voice commands is a big plus too.

Solid Ear Buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read the reviews about them not fitting and at first I worried about them falling out or uncomfortability. However, once I found the right size tips, which were the ones I was not expecting to be "my fit" they have been great. I run in them and they stay in! The Galaxy AI use of the adaptive and noice cancelling mode is excellent.
Sound quality is excellent too. Music and podcasts come out great.
My only issue is that the seamless transition between my Galaxy Book Pro and my phone is not seamless and I still have connection issues. Sometimes they will not connect right away to my computer or there will be audio or mic issues. I hope they fix this software issue soon because it leads to too many annoyances given how much they are.
Overall a good product and would highly recommend.

The look of the headphones are nice. But it does not last long. Its suppose to last at least 6 hours. Tje headphones and case are fully charge. When I start work at 8am, I listened to music and then around 10:30am, I would call my partner or mom to talk on the phone for about 20 to 30 minutes. And then by 11:30am, I have to recharge the headphones before my lunch break.
Sometimes when the headphones are charging, it would only charge one side (mostly right side) and then charge the other side. So then I have to take out the right one to let the left one to charge.
Even when I use both of them at the same time, one of them runs out of battery faster. Idk.
If you're paying this much for headphones. Please make it last longer like 10 hours with listening and talking on the phone. I dont even use the special features. I miss my galaxy buds 3. Those were amazing and lasted forever without having to charge once while im at work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
